Before loading, the layout should be planned according to cargo dimensions, pallet specifications, individual piece weight, and the loading/unloading sequence. Cargo should be distributed as evenly as possible to avoid excessive local weight or over-stacking.
For home appliances, agricultural products, and fragile goods, dividers, straps, or cushioning materials can be used based on actual conditions to reduce collisions during transport. After loading is completed, confirm that the cargo is secured, the wing panels are locked, and the box sealing is in normal condition.
When using a forklift for side loading and unloading, sufficient operating space should be reserved on both sides of the vehicle to prevent the opened wing panels from colliding with walls, equipment, or other vehicles.
